Maximum Speed: Adjustable 20-70 km/hr - Adjustable Throttle Screw.  Governor "Style" System  which allows for Adjustment and Control of the maximum speed. The control consists simply of a screw in the right handle bar throttle control which controls how far the throttle can be pushed.
